Two people possess abilities. One is to make rain fall and the other is to make the sun shine. Their abilities soon start to misbehave and they are forced to go on a quest to find out how to use their abilities well and the reasons for the behavior of their abilities. They meet friends, enemies and Rainbow( you’ll soon know her) who will make their quest both easy and non easy but where there’s a will, there’s a way.
