They are the ones who rouse me, direct me, illuminate me, and most significantly inspires me to get the best out of me and shapes me. Not all the teachers are equivalent, however, in course of different events, I met with different lessons that not just i comprehend their calling, their obligation, and duties yet in addition put forth a strong effort in making me from no one to someone.

Gurnule, a mentor fortunately got as Ph.D supervisor and one who’s canopy of guidance I longly achieved. A person with immense power of energy, always greedily pick up the gauntlet nodded to work assignment completion with hammer and toungs to add another golden feather in his persona. I hardly found him tired or to staved off from work. With little gush of gratitude I would like to define him as a person who ready to strain every nerve to make impossible to possible. On the level no one to unimpaired from effect of his company simply define him epitome of goodness, a condensed account, especially of a literary work; abstract.I consider him as father figure because of so many reasons – * I was like perplexed students before met him. He help me to recognize objectives in life and then honed my skill until desire upright comes using both permissive and disciplinary way*. With prosperity I would like to be eidetic image of him on professional plea. As a result of such approachable contact / pedagogical expert / with strong notion I completely agree that hard work builds character, contributes to success, and promotes happiness. The converse is also true. With gentle nudge I took lesson that when people are rewarded without making the effort, it reduces confidence, promotes dependency, and robs individuals of their personal dignity. Dr. Prahlad K. Rahangdale, it is my goodness that he is one of maternal uncle. He help me out in a incident when I was be too nervous to talk about problems in class and the bully by others classmates. At that time I certainly wanted to address these issues with someone but felt my parents took dismissive or explosive action about what’s bothering me. Cue in the “Good uncle” who listened me without the judgmental and presumptive attitudes. As a Uncles may have a more relaxed approach with me, offering different and more encouraging solutions to my childish problems. As a Uncles who want to be more involved in our lives and will always be positive role models with cool and calm attitude.
