She still smiles but not as Before

Canto I (The dreams of love)

Hey man come along,

I’ll introduce you to a woman.

Its a short experience,

But I’ve been waiting to tell it since so long,

I didn’t get time so I made it a song.

You walk along the valley,

And you see a pretty girly,

Your eyes bulge out,

And your heart beat becomes loud.

You dig deep into the city,

And find ways to get to this pretty.

You go into the dungeons,

And find out dimensions,

To build a bridge towards this lady.

You stay awake in the nights,

Dreaming about your love fights,

With this pearl like baby.

The day comes when you approach,

And she accepts your propose.

The nights become lovely,

And mornings cozy.

All your struggles ease,

And everything seems to please.

She stands on the sand,

And stretches her hands.

You move forth to hold it tight,

And take her on a love ride.

You take her to beautiful sights,

And make her smile.

You promise her wondrous things,

Then she flies as if she’s got wings.

You show her great dreams,

She believes and feels like a queen.

You take her to high places,

And promise her generations and races.

You take her to the moon,

And promise to love her day, night and noon.

You take her to the mountains,

And promise her fountains of never ending love.

She trusts you and loves you,

And she’s ready to give you all that she has.

Can you see her eyes,

Can you feel her smile,

It had dreams of a better life.

That night you sleep with her,

And kiss her all over.

Her pain was your pleasure,

You loved her as never.

She had tears in her eyes,

But still she smiled.

Her body was aching,

And her veins groaning,

Yet she laid and you took,

What you wanted to take.

Still she didn’t utter a word,

And gave you the pleasure,

Thinking after this pain,

She’ll have a better future.

Canto II (The Betrayal)

But what a disgrace, oh! Man,

The next moment you stand,

With your friends in a party,

Telling them how you tore her body.

And when she heard the story,

She cried over her folly.

The world which she built,

Was all broken down.

She cried aloud,

And faced the mocking crowd.

She broke her bangles and threw her crown,

Her smiling face frowned.

She his inside and vomited out the unhealthy sperm,

That you left within her.

And she knew it was not a gift but rather a curse,

That will rape her tomorrow.

Oh! You evil man,

Where are those promises that you gave her?

Where are those dreams that you showed her?

Was your love only confined to bed?

Oh! Pretty girl, yesterday was glorious,

But today is hazardous.

Now you stand like a scarful pearl,

Your love has failed.

Now you young man,

When you understood your mistake,

You try and settle your wrong take,

You fall weak before your family,

You’re worried about the so-called society,

And you stand helpless before the religion.

Why you didn’t think all this,

When you were enjoying her kiss.

You think about the blister upon you,

But what about the scar that you left upon her.

You may have excuses to defend yourself,

But what about her who crucified herself?

Can you hold her as tight as before?

And fight the world.

Can you return her smile that you’ve taken away?

Can you give her the cheer that she gave you?

No! I guess you’re weak,

You’ve no strength to face the meek.

But the lady seems powerful,

And facesĀ  the situations that are awful.

The loss of her dignity is confirmed,

But still she stands firm.

The days go by,

And she gives birth to a child.

She feeds him her blood,

And treats him the best,

She makes him strong,

And not week like you.

She still smiles,

But not as cheerful as before.

She is still beautiful,

But not so wonderful as before.

Though she’s badly hurt,

But still she flies with her child,

And teaches him to smile,

Even in harsh times.

Sad for you, young man,

You can’t even share their joy and smiles,

They can live happily without you and your ‘Name.’
