Letter To My Future Husband by Vidhi

Dear Future Husband,

promise to share your vision for the future and support all your endeavours. No matter how outrageous your ideas are, I’ll always have your back. You’ll find me walking beside you as you make your way towards those goals.

And please know that even if you fail or feel lost, I’ll hold your hands and cheer you up. More than a wife, I promise to be your best friend and a companion and be there for you through thick and thin. Hard times will only make our love stronger, for me you’ll always be a superman and I, your biggest fan.

Dear, I promise I’ll not try to change you and accept you with all your beautiful imperfections. I might get annoyed sometimes but even in those moments my affection for you will continue to grow.

promise to uphold your respect and honour your parents and love them like my own. I’ll try to be a good daughter to them. I understand that they are your parents and they have sacrificed a lot to bring you up, I know that it is our turn to provide them the same. I am forever grateful to them for bringing up an amazing human being like you for me to have.

I’ll promise I’ll not let my ego come between our relationship and be honest and transparent with you no matter how hard the truth.

I promise to share your burdens and be an equal contributor financially. I’ll try to be responsible with our finances and buy less pair of shoes 😀

promise to bring our children up with utmost care and affection and strive to make them good human beings. You and our family will always remain to be my number one priority.

I’ll try to take genuine interest in your hobbies(including mathematics and civil engineering :P) and try to add joy to our lives. I vow to create a life for us full of wildness, magic, and spirituality.

I vow to bring you tea, rub your shoulders and crack your toes when you come home from work. I’ll smother you with hugs and kisses even if it annoys you. I’ll tuck you in bed at night, hug you so tight and kiss you goodnight (even if we have fought).

Dear Husband, I know I worry a lot and get difficult to handle at times. Some days, I act very irrational and have trust issues which can get a bit annoying but please know that I am aware of it and continuously striving to improve myself. I am forever grateful for your patience and kindness. I might not be the perfect wife in the world but I’ll try my best to be a good one for your happiness means everything to me. 🙂

I can’t wait to build my life with you and grow old together.

  • Sincerely, Your crazy wife.
