Once upon a time i was studying course in some institution in chennai. Daily morning 10 clock i would go to institute. After return back to home i saw one police man in signal. I dont have insurance nd all but i wore helmet,i thought he wont do anything because i wore helmet but accidently he stop my bike and told me to remove my helmet. After i removed my helmet he told me to show my licence,rc book and insurance. I would show to him. Then he asked about insurance then i said sir i dont have insurance. After that he said Ok no problem give 500. I said sir dont have that much. Actually he is barquing. Then finally i gave 100 rupees for without bill. They dont even bill for this….
