Once , there was a fisherman who lived at the end of a forest. He was very poor . One day , he went for fishing . He found a big golden fish . When he catched the fish in his net , at his surprise the fish said that ” please leave me . If you will leave me , I will fulfill your every wish . The fisherman leaves the fish and went to his home . When his wife asked why didn’t you caught any fish today , he told the whole story . The wife said , why did you leave the fish ? You should have asked the fish for something to eat . Now go to the sea again and ask the fish for a loaf of bread . The Fisherman went to the sea and asked the fish for a loaf of bread . He found a loaf of bread at his home. When the wife saw the loaf of bread , she became greedy. She said his husband to again go to the fish and ask for a big house. They also got a big house . The woman then said to the poor fisherman and say to the fish to make her a rich lady . When the poor fisherman returned to his house , he was really very surprised to see her wife . She was all decked in diamond jewellery. He found many courtiers and servants in his house. Then she said to the fisherman to say the golden fish that she wants the fish to be her slave . The fisherman said to his wife that why aren’t you content of this much luxury . Her wife said her servants to through the fisherman out . After some days the fisherman went to the fish and told everything to her . Then the fisherman went to his home . He saw that his old home was there instead of the palace . And his wife was also not rich . Then the fisherman said now are you content? The wife then apologised to the fisherman.
