Next day Alex texted me…
“Hey, what about that coffee? Meet me at the cantine ;-)”
So I went there. I saw Alex, he was standing near the door, waiting for me…
“Hey, Car!”, he came near me…
“Hey…”
“Let’s go!”
“Sure”, I smiled at him…
“This coffee is amazing!” I said
“I know, that’s why I brought you here…”.
We talked and talked and I didn’t noticed that it was almost noon.
“I should go now…”
“Ok, I’ll drive you home, if you want to…”
“That would be great, thanks.”
We stopped at the front door of my house.
“I had a great time today…”
“Me too, we should do this again sometime…”
“I’d love that…”
He bent over and was about to kiss me, but then the door opened. It was my dad. He pulled himself away.
“Umm, dad, this is Alex. Alex, that’s my dad…”
“Hello…”
“Hi Alex, would you like to have lunch with us?”
“Umm, sure… If Car agrees…”
“I’d like that”, I smiled,”Thanks dad!”
“So, let’s go inside Alex…”
